Terms of Service
You trade. Travise reads.
Last updated: 10 June 2026
1. Who we are and accepting these terms
These terms govern your use of Travise. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. Travise is operated by Travise, an individual business based in Hong Kong, and these terms are a binding contract between you and that operator. You must be at least 18 years old to use Travise. It handles real financial and trading data and is not intended for anyone under 18. Travise is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone located in a country or territory subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or embargo, or by any person barred from receiving the service under applicable law. The governing law for these terms is set out in Section 10.
2. What Travise is
Travise is a trade-journaling and behavioral-analysis tool for active traders. It gives you a second read on trades you already took.
3. Not investment advice
The reads, scores, blind spots, and patterns Travise produces are not investment advice, not signals, and not financial recommendations. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary. You are the trader, you make the calls, and you bear all trading risk. Past performance, real or modeled, does not predict future returns.
Travise reviews trades you have already placed and coaches your process, discipline, and psychology. It does not generate buy, sell, or hold recommendations, price targets, or trade signals on any specific security, contract, or instrument, and nothing it produces is a personal recommendation to enter, exit, or size any position. This applies across every asset class Travise supports, including stocks, options, futures, forex, and crypto. We are not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the National Futures Association, the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority, or any other regulator, in any capacity, and nothing here is an offer, solicitation, or financial promotion. Travise is an educational and decision-support tool only. Trading carries a high risk of loss, you can lose more than you put in when you use leverage or margin, and you are solely responsible for every decision you make. If you are unsure whether trading is right for you, get advice from an independent, appropriately licensed professional before you trade.
4. Your account
Keep your credentials safe, the same way you would broker credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.
5. Acceptable use
Log only trades you have the right to share; do not upload data belonging to a fund, prop firm, or counterparty without consent. Do not scrape the platform, resell the output, or attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the service.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Whop. Cancellations, renewals, and refunds follow Whop's policy. We may change prices on notice.
Unless you choose otherwise, paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate for your plan, and your payment method on file with Whop is charged for each renewal until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through Whop or from Settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where a refund is required by law or expressly provided under Whop's policy, payments are non-refundable, and cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current period. Any founding or locked-in rate applies only for as long as your subscription stays active and uncancelled.
7. Your content and our service
You own the trade data you enter. You grant us the licence we need to host and process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We own Travise and the methodology behind the read.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranty of uptime, accuracy of the read, or accuracy of market data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travise and the people behind it are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service, even if we have been told that such damages were possible. You accept that trading is inherently risky, that any read, score, statistic, or nudge Travise produces may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and that you take full responsibility for the trades you place. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you paid us nothing. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your trades, your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Termination
You can stop using Travise and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate an account that abuses the service. On deletion your data is erased as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at info@travise.ai and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty days. If we cannot resolve it, any dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may go to court for injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property. You and Travise each waive any right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. Where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your home courts, or bars class-action or arbitration waivers, nothing here removes that right. We will post changes here with a new effective date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
