We reply within one business day, and usually much faster. You are writing to the people who build Travise, not a ticket queue.
Product and reads
A read that never landed, a score that looks wrong, an import that missed trades. Include the ticker and the time you logged the trade; that is enough for us to trace it end to end.
Billing
Payments run through Whop. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and you keep full access until then. A 30-day guarantee covers your first payment: log at least 10 trades, and if Travise is not for you, email us within 30 days for a full refund (the exact wording lives in the terms). For a charge you don't recognize or a cancellation that didn't stick, email us and we'll resolve it with Whop directly, so you never get bounced between two support desks.
Your data
Export everything from Settings at any time. Account deletion removes your trades, reads, and profile permanently. The details live in the privacy policy.
